Our training and workshops are offered virtually, offsite, and onsite (corporate groups). Each course will show where the class is taking place.
We are available for corporate and large group trainings. If would like us to come to your workplace or facility, visit our courses page to request a quote.
We accept credit/debit/PayPal on our website. Our training centres and our instructors do not have the resources to accept cash payments. If you are experiencing any issues, contact our office for assistance.
No, you do not need any skills or training before taking the course. The course is designed to be clear and beneficial for everyone, regardless of their background.
NVCI certificates are valid for one year, after which you’ll need to take a recertification course. To qualify for a re-certification course, you must meet the following criteria: 1) Your certificate must be valid (it cannot be expired), 2) Your certificate must have been issued by Crisis Prevention Institute (Blue card)
CANCELLATION POLICY (Service Provider)
Frontline Training Hub (FTH) reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment at least 10 calendar days in advance of the scheduled course date. Notice will be provided with the option to receive a credit note, reschedule for a future training course, or to receive a full refund of registration fees. FTH is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training course is cancelled.
Frontline Training Hub (FTH) reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to work stoppages, instructor illness or inclement weather. If a training course is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, the customer is entitled to receive a credit note, reschedule for a future training course, or to receive a full refund of registration. FTH is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training course is cancelled.
CANCELLATION POLICY (Participants)
Please submit all cancellation requests no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled course date in order to receive a credit only, which can be applied to a change of date within a 30-day window. Cancellations not made within the specified cancellation period will incur the full cost of registration.
No Refunds on registered courses and workshops.
No show registrations are fully charged.
Based on the start time of the class, if you are more than 30 minutes late for a class or if you are 15 minutes late for a Blended or a Renewal class, you will need to reschedule to another date at a cost.
Mandatory attendance to all training sessions and participation in all practical activities is required. Participants are evaluated on practical skills as well as knowledge.
No refund or rescheduling options on workshops once booked.
